Returns & Exchanges

At Kentucky Ballistics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't hit the mark, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt so we can monitor your return's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
